Conference for the Planning and Deployment of “The 1331 Project” was heldin the academic report hall of Xiude Building on Wucheng campus on March 8.President Liu Weiqi attended the meeting and gave an important talk. Deputy President Yang Youzhen interpreted the theme of

“Perspectives of Shanxi People’s Government on ‘Double First-rate’ Development promoted by the deployment of ‘The 1331 Project’”. This conference was organized by Deputy Principal Yang Junqing, with all the leadership team attended.

Liu Weiqi deployed and planned “The 1331 Project” from three aspects. The first is to deepen understanding and be able to explain the core concepts of the project; the second is to plan and layout in scientific way for the deployment of the project; the third is tofulfill each party’s responsibility in the process of deployment.
