The 27th Shanxi Economic Summit Forum is held on June 25, which was cooperated by SXUFE, FOMU and Shanxi Confederation of Trade Unions. This Forum was presented by the vice president Yang Junqing, and more than 400 representatives from different university, research institution and company attended and made suggestions for “Management Innovation and Transformation of Middle and Small Enterprises”.

President Liu Weiqi, on behalf of SXUFE, showed the gratitude and welcome to the attendees. Middle and Small Enterprises has become the key for economic transformation and innovation. He pointed out this forum, using the strategy of “Economy Upgrade, Innovation Driven”, inspired by the specialists and scholars, aimed to lead and support middle and small enterprises development and provide fine service for Resource-based economy transformation.

President Burghard Hermeier gave his speech as the reprehensive of FOMU. “There should be more cooperation for Middle and Small Enterprises between Germany and China”, he mentioned, “The cooperation should be not only in the education area, but also in the areas of science and technology innovation and enterprise management.

Guo Weidong, Director of Shanxi Confederation of Trade Unions Research Office, talked about the fact of Shanxi Private Economic. Professor Maassel Seidel from FOMU made a speech of “Challenge Marketing 3.0 - New ideas for the future of small and micro banks” in the point view of Marketing. Cheng Xinsheng, who is the professor and doctoral supervisor of Nankai University Business School, and the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of “Nankai Business Review”, gave suggestions from different perspectives, encouraging enterprise technology innovation by special fund offered by local government, so as to lead enterprise upgrade and break the resource limitation. Zhou Wenbin,  a researcher of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Institute of Industrial Economics, doctoral supervisor, President Founder and Editorial Director of “Economic Management Journal”,addressed from the point view of organization scale and human resource contingency to discuss how to stimulate the vitality of middle and small Enterprises. Wang Nianping, director of Shanxi Middle and Small Enterprise Bureau Economic Inspection Division, pointed that “new, specialized, sophisticated, distinctive” is the path for Middle and Small Enterprise innovation and transformation. Yang Junqing, the vice president, a professor and doctoral supervisor, made a report and gave some according solutions.

Essay Writing Activity titled Contributions for Shanxi Private Enterprise Management Innovation and Transformation Development award ceremony was held during the forum.

Two sub-forums, titled The Opportunity and Challenge of Middle and Small Enterprise Innovation and Transformation Development and Journal Paper Topic Selection and Academic Paper Writing, were held in the International Academic Communication Center at Wucheng Campus on June 25 after the main Forum.
