ZhangYanling, female, was born in 1964, leading scholar of Foreign Languages and Literatures, party member, doctor of Literature, professor, and postgraduate supervisor. She is the current standing director of Shanxi High Education Foreign Languages Research Association. She gained Master’s degree in TESOL from University of Edinburgh in 2001. She studied in University of East Anglia for 6 month in 2010 as the role of visiting scholar. She is dedicated in English teaching methodology and English teacher professional development as her research area. She used to attended international conferences in Australia, Korea, UK, etc. She led more than 10 provincial research projects, published 2 books and over 10 papers on Core journals, such as Foreign Language World, Foreign Languages and Their Teaching, andTeaching English in China. Her paper won the first prize of Shanxi High Education Teaching Achievement in 2008.
